Where do I start? From the initial inquiry to the last of the equipment leaving my yard this experience was perfect. Zulfiya answered every question faster than expected and Kassie took care of set up and tear down in record time. My 11 year old daughter and her 11 friends absolutely loved the backyard movie experience and are telling their families and friends. For your next event, give backyard starz a call!!

They even stayed to help us troubleshoot other vendor’s equipment. When we needed to swap out screens to change location on the property, they had an extra on hand. Everything is always seamless-from big events to small family watch parties. And the price is fantastic. Definitely recommend!
Mallory2024-08-27We wanted to do something non-traditional for our baby shower so we started looking at equipment on Amazon to host our own backyard movie night. Between the combined cost of a screen, projector, speaker, and seating, we started to wonder if there was an easier and more cost effective route. Sure enough, we did a quick search and Backyard Starz came up! It seems too good to be true but it really is as easy and affordable as it seems. One email later and we had booked the date (a month in advance). The week of the event, Zulfiya called to confirm details and explain set up. Then, day of, two techs showed up on time to set up, no help needed from me. They stay nearby if you’re not planning to start with a movie right away (we had socializing before we started the movie)—a simple text and they appeared within 5 minutes to start up the movie for us, and were equally prompt when the movie was done. The entire experience was smooth as butter! And a lot of mom friends were taking pics as reconnaissance for their kids’ birthday parties. It was a hit! Don’t bother trying to do it on your own—this service was MORE than worth it.

Adriana Perez2024-04-02Truthfully if I could give them 10 stars I would. I can truly say that I have never experienced customer service the way that I did with Backyard Starz. Zulfiya was wonderful as was her husband, she was able to answer any of the questions I had in a timely manner and she even helped me to figure out which package worked best for my event. They provided everything that we needed to have an awesome party! We had some technical difficulties during the event so I gave her a call and she was able to get us up in running in 5 minutes. I look forward to renting from them again and I suggest anyone that wants to have a hit of a party check them out too!
Theda Fresques2024-03-20Backyard Starz made my daughter's 16th b-day extra special. The package included everything for a backyard movie night. There was no shortage of cables and instructions for the AV equipment were so clear, you'd think you're on the IT team ;) The colorful chairs made the backyard look amazing. You can mix and match them, btw. The pump to inflate the chairs were included too! They thought of everything. We added a popcorn machine which, you guessed it, also included, flavorings, the popcorn, the boxes, butter etc. Owner, Zulfiya, was so helpful and responsive, the party went without a hitch. Stress-free from drop-off to pick-up. 10/10 would do it again and recommend to friends. Thank you Backyard Starz!

We had to move the party from outdoors to indoors due to weather and they were very accommodating and helpful during the entire process. Overall a great experience!
