Is this a franchise or territory agreement?
No. This is a non-exclusive marketing service. It does not create a franchise relationship, territory rights, or the right to use the Backyard Starz brand.
Do you guarantee leads or bookings?
No. We do not guarantee leads, bookings, rankings, revenue, or profit. The goal is to build and manage a stronger lead-generation system, but results depend on your market, offer, budget, pricing, follow-up, seasonality, and competition.
Who pays ad spend?
The client pays ad spend directly. Our setup and management fees are separate from Google, Meta, or other media costs.
What happens to the landing page if I cancel?
Managed landing pages stay live while the monthly service is active. If you cancel, the page may be deactivated. Transfer or buyout options can be discussed separately.
Do you work with operators in every city?
No. We may decline or stop servicing certain markets if we are operating, franchising, or planning to support a Backyard Starz location there.
