These Equipment Safety Rules apply to all rentals, equipment, accessories, delivery, setup, takedown, pickup, DIY rentals, and related services provided by Backyard Starz, LLC (“Backyard Starz,” “Starz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Our goal is simple: we want your outdoor movie night to be fun, safe, and stress-free. Please read these rules before your event and make sure any adults helping supervise the event understand them.
By booking a rental, submitting payment, signing a booking agreement, checking an acceptance box, accepting delivery, allowing setup, taking possession of equipment, or using our equipment or services, you agree to follow these Equipment Safety Rules.
